SIngle-Chip Power Converters

Ferric’s single-chip power converters integrate Interface, Telemetry, Power Management, Feedback Control and Power Train circuitry (including power FETs, inductors and capacitors) with competitive Efficiency, Output Ripple, Load and Line regulation. Ferric’s Package Voltage Regulators (PVRs) are the industry's first single-chip power converters with on-chip thin-film magnetic power inductors, which eliminate the need for bulky external components. With industry leading current density, 180μm IO pitch and minimum profile of 150um, Ferric’s PVRs are ideal for in-package integration with a load IC to realize significant savings in power, space and cost, while simplifying system power requirements.

Integrated Voltage Regulator System Designs

Ferric’s Integrated Voltage Regulator system designs are available for Monolithic Integrated Voltage Regulator (MVR) implementations in TSMC N28 and N7 (in development). Ferric offers all necessary circuit subsystems and interfaces with dedicated integration support for both circuit IP and Ferric inductors.
