Director of Semiconductor Operations

Ferric is a technology startup based in New York City that is pioneering an entirely new approach to power delivery for Integrated Circuits and Electronic Assemblies. This approach leverages Ferric’s integration of thin-film magnetic inductors with CMOS technology to enable a significant improvement in the integration density and efficiency of voltage regulators (VRs) compared with current commercially available technologies.

As Ferric’s Director of Semiconductor Operations, you will be responsible for qualification, production and test of Ferric’s semiconductor Integrated Voltage Regulator ICs and related IP. The position requires extensive experience (10 plus years) in managing interaction with silicon IC foundries and test and packaging contractors as well as a demonstrated track record of success in bringing to market quality semiconductor products. The qualified candidate will have at least 5 plus years of experience managing a manufacturing engineering group at Sr. Manager or Director Level, preferable with the power electronics space or MEMs technology experience.
